Importance of discipline

There are so many different exercises which you can do if you want to get started with your fitness routine that it becomes difficult to choose a regime which you can follow daily and stick to it. I had this problem a couple of years ago when I started with my workouts. I used to do cycling one day and get back to my weight training the other. So it was all organized and messy although I was still working out nicely.

I was like this until I realized the importance ofdisciplined and organized approach to all of it. One of my instructors taught me this and I will always be thankful to him for all the support. Now I make it a point to follow my exercise schedule as much as I can.

If you are looking forward to get into any kind of an exercise routine, get a plan written down and just follow it, without even thinking about it again and again or evaluating it. As they say put your head down and work. Work it out unless you are comfortable with it and you feel the need to change it or adjust it.

This is one of the things which really made a change in my results and I love all my workouts now. There are so many things we need to understand but I guess it all comes with time and as you gain more and more experience with this, you get better and better at it. Here in my fitness blog I try to put down my thoughts on all things related.
